Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation services are reimbursable by most third-party insurance carriers and Medicaid. A physician’s referral is necessary before an initial evaluation can be performed.
We see children with diagnoses including:

- Sensory-motor deficits
- Gait (walking) abnormalities
- Orthopedic problems
- Fine and gross motor skills
- Difficulties with self care (e.g. dressing, feeding, etc.)

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy helps children acquire the skills needed to perform activities of daily living and to maximize their potential for a bright and productive future.
Occupational therapy may be beneficial for children who have:
- Problems with fine or gross motor coordination
- Difficulty with self-care tasks such as feeding and dressing
- Upper or lower extremity weakness
- Handwriting issues
- High or low activity levels or attention deficits
- Difficulty with social interactions
- Over- or under-responsiveness to sensory input
- Sensory integration
Speech Therapy
Speech and language pathologists work with children who have articulation, language, voice or fluency disorders. Some of the conditions they treat:
