Biography
Jolene Cannady, DNP, AGPCNP-C, is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with a doctor of nursing practice degree. Specializing in care of people ages 13 and up and adult-geriatrics, her professional interests include dementia care, Veteran care, mental health care and women’s health.
Valuing each patient as an individual, she treats people in her care as family and approaches care in an inclusive, holistic way to best suit each person’s diverse beliefs, values and needs.
A proud wife of an 82nd Airborne Veteran and mother of two children, she is pleased to serve the community she calls home. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, hiking, writing and giving hugs to her family.
