Andy Barrow

Chief Financial Officer

Andy Barrow is chief financial officer of Cone Health. He is responsible for financial oversight of the Cone Health network.

Barrow joined Cone Health in 2012 as vice-president of financial services. He became senior vice-president of finance in 2020 and executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2021.

Barrow is a certified public accountant. He earned a master’s degree in business administration with a health care administration concentration from East Carolina University and a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University. 

Barrow is member of the North Carolina Healthcare Financial Management Association and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the board of Goodwill of the Triad, on the UNCG Board of Visitors and is a leader with Scouting America.
