Jami Goldberg 

Vice President, People Consulting 

Jami Goldberg is vice president, people consulting. Goldberg focuses on developing personnel and measuring and improving team member performance. He joined Cone Health in 2009 and has lead teams on learning and development, coaching and organizational effectiveness.

Goldberg received a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. He completed his undergraduate work at The University of Tampa, Tampa, Florida.

Goldberg is part of the Brian Lamb Graduate School of Communication Strategic Communications Department Virtual Faculty at Purdue University.

Goldberg holds numerous training degrees and certifications. These include being a Certified HR Business Partner, a Certified Management Coach, a Certified Diversity Dramatist and is at the level of Bronze in Lean Training from Simpler Consulting.
