Jennifer Leach

Vice President, Managed Care

Jennifer Leach is vice president, managed care. She sets Cone Health’s strategy for negotiating insurance contracts that fulfill the organization’s objectives.  

Leach has more than 20 years of experience. She has worked with both health care organizations as well as insurance companies. She joined Cone Health in 2022 from Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia.

Leach received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Miami and earned her J.D. from the University of Houston. She also holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Leach is chair of the Steering Committee for Women United for United Way of Northeast Florida. She is also a member of the board of Theatre Jacksonville.
