Chief Culture, Equity, and Belonging Officer 

Joseph Hill serves as the Chief Culture, Equity, and Belonging Officer for Cone Health. In this role, Hill oversees initiatives aimed at fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a strong alignment to the Center for Health Equity. He is also responsible for strategic oversight of culture programs across the organization.

Hill has over 20 years of experience as a DEI executive and change agent. He previously served as the senior vice president and chief diversity officer at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health as well as the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Hill holds a Master of Arts in Public History from Howard University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Virginia Union University, and a Certificate in Diversity Healthcare Management from Georgetown University.
