Keith Jones

Chief Information Officer 

Keith Jones serves as the chief information officer for Cone Health. Jones’ responsibilities include delivering Cone Health’s strategic priorities and day-to-day operations around information technology.

Jones joined Cone Health 12 years ago developing strategy around data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics.

Jones received his bachelor’s degree in information systems-operations management from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and his master’s degree in healthcare administration from Pfeiffer University.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Management Coach (CMC) with Coach Academy International and a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives.

Jones is a motivational speaker.
