Michelle Schneider, CAP®

Chief Philanthropy Officer

Michelle Schneider is chief philanthropy officer for Cone Health.

Schneider joined the Cone Health Philanthropy office in 2017 as senior philanthropy officer. She became chief philanthropy officer in 2019.

Schneider earned a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She carries the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation, administered through The American College of Financial Services. 

Schneider is a member of the Women’s Professional Forum, Women 2 Women, and serves on the board of directors of The Corporation for Guardianship, Inc.
