Walidah Karim-Rhoades

Walidah Karim-Rhoades, DNP, RN, is vice president of operations for the Greensboro market of Cone Health. She oversees operations at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital, The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital and Wesley Long Hospital.

Karim-Rhoades joined Cone Health in 2008 as a certified nurse midwife. She went on to become director of the Cone Health Center for Women’s Healthcare and then executive director of primary care and women’s health.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing practice (DNP) degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from the University of Arizona. Karim-Rhoades is a board-certified nurse midwife.

Karim-Rhoades is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Cone Health GE Health Management Academy Administrative Fellow.
