Quality and Patient Experience

Surgery

We constantly challenge ourselves to meet the highest standards of quality as measured by patient outcomes and safety. We use proven, evidence-based tools and techniques to help us deliver on our promise to be the Network for Exceptional Care. We regularly assess our quality improvements by collecting data and performing trend analyses. We also use industry-accepted scorecards to benchmark ourselves against our peers. We use this data to improve patient outcomes and safety.

One of the scorecards we use to benchmark our performance against that of our peers is the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, which measures patient experience.
