    This interactive class is designed for parents-to-be who want to learn & practice hands-on skills to help relieve some of the discomfort of labor and encourage their babies to rotate toward the best position for birth. Moms and their partners will be able to try a variety of labor positions with birth balls and rebozos as well as practice breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques.

Parking and Courtesy Car

All parking at Alamance Regional is free. If you are coming to visit a patient, you should park in the lot at the Visitor Entrance. If you are coming for an outpatient procedure or test, you should park in the Medical Mall parking area. There are separate parking areas for the Norville Breast Care Center (located near the Visitor Entrance), the Cancer Center (located at the back of the Medical Arts Building) and Rehabilitation. Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for patients of the Cancer Center, Rehabilitation and the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. The valet parking station is located at the Cancer Center entrance and operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Valet parking at the Medical Mall entrance is available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Valet parking at the Medical Arts Building entrance is available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Valet service is closed on major federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. 

Courtesy Car

A courtesy car, provided by the Alamance Regional Auxiliary, is available to take patients and visitors to all locations on the main campus. The car makes regular rounds and operates from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, (336) 213-8574.

Public Transportation

Link Transit serves the public transportation needs of Burlington, Gibsonville and Graham. Link's Red Route provides service to Alamance Regional Medical Center multiple times a day. View their website for schedules.

The Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) provides service to Alamance Regional Medical Center from Mebane, Graham, Greensboro and Chapel Hill on the Route 4 Alamance Burlington Express.

Dining Options

Wave Crest CafeWave Crest Café

Our cafeteria, The Wave Crest Café, is located on the lower level.

  • Breakfast: 6:30 – 9:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Snacks, chips, desserts and drinks are available all day.

Java City Coffee Shop

Located in the Medical Mall, near patient registration. The shop sells a variety of coffee drinks, muffins and pastries.

In-Room Guest Meals

We deliver guest meals to the room at your request for $6.00. Please call 336-538-7758 to discuss this option. Please review your in-room menu for more information about meal times and meal choices.

Gift Shops

The Lighthouse Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the Medical Mall, offering cards, balloons, fresh flowers, made-to-order gift baskets, gifts, including new baby gifts, jewelry, clothing, gift cards and food items. The Lighthouse Gift Shop is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 336-538-7546.

The Nest is located in the Alamance Regional Cancer Center, offering patient related and giftable items, including hats, clothing, and jewelry. The Nest is open from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 336-586-3504.

Spiritual Care Services

Alamance Regional offers spiritual care services through our Department of Pastoral Care Services. Our staff chaplain is available most weekdays and during the weekend as needed by calling (336) 538-7475.

Alamance Regional Charitable Foundation

The Alamance Regional Charitable Foundation connects the generosity of caring individuals and organizations with opportunities to improve the health and lives of people in Alamance County and surrounding communities.

Advisory Board

The role of Alamance Regional's Advisory Board is to assist with the direction of the organization and provide recommendations to the Cone Health Board of Trustees.
