Medical Plans
Cone Health offers three comprehensive medical plans administered by Aetna. Your premiums, deductibles, copayments and other costs vary depending on the plan you elect.

When you elect a Cone Health Medical Plan, the prescription medication benefit is included.

Eligibility
Eligibility for any medical plan is based on employment status and the terms of each plan. If you are an active employee, you will become eligible for coverage the first day of the month following date of hire as an Eligible Employee.

Active Full-time - .75 to 1.0 FTE
|

Active Part-time - .50 to .74 FTE
|
Dependents are eligible when you make an election. You will be required to provide documentation supporting the relationship, such as marriage certificate, birth certificate(s) and/or final adoption papers for children.
Register on Aetna.com
As a first-time user, you will need to register for an account. Go to Aetna.com and click on the purple Login button on the right-hand side of the page.
To register for an account, click on Register. You can find your Member ID on the Aetna ID card that was mailed to your home address on file with Cone Health. Complete all fields with the requested information to register.
