Rebekah Driggers, MBA, CPRP
Director, Physician & Provider Recruitment
Rebekah Driggers provides leadership for recruiting and retaining a medical staff of board-certified physicians and licensed advanced practice providers who are committed to providing patient-centered quality care for Cone Health. Rebekah has been with Cone Health since July 2000. She continues to transform the Provider Recruitment Division into a first resource for resident, fellowship, and practicing physicians in their career search nationwide.
As a certified physician / provider recruitment professional (CPRP), Rebekah demonstrates her commitment to continuing education and excellence in the discipline of physician recruitment. The Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) is a professional organization exclusively for in-house physician/provider recruitment professionals and is nationally recognized as the leading authority on physician/provider recruitment and retention.
Growing up in North Carolina, Rebekah graduated from High Point University and earned her MBA from Wake Forest University's Babcock School of Management. She is a member of the Association of Staff Provider Recruiters and Carolina Association of Physician Recruiters.
Donna Talbert
Consultant, Physician & Provider Recruitment
Donna Talbert is a Cone Health Physician and Advanced Practice Provider Consultant and joined Cone Health in November 2017. Donna brings more than seventeen years of experience with recruitment and retention of physicians and advanced practice providers. Donna’s driving force is recruiting quality providers to ensure excellent care is provided to our medical communities. She looks forward to establishing strong relationships and delivering high-level service to both internal and external customers.
Donna is a North Carolina native, studied Business Administration and is a member of the Carolinas Association of Provider Services, serving multiple terms as a Board Member.
Keith Sarich
Consultant, Physician & Provider Recruitment
Keith Sarich is a Cone Health Physician Recruitment Consultant and has been with Cone Health since July 2017. Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science from Saint Xavier College and his Master’s degree in Health Administration from Governors State University. Keith has served in multiple roles as a Medical Service Corps officer in the United States Navy. Some of the roles have included Director, Office of Managed Care, Director, Patient Administration, Director, Office of Healthcare Planning and Regional Director, Navy Recruiting Command. Upon leaving the Navy, Keith gained experience working as a global program manager within the defense industry.
Keith has attained “Certified Healthcare Executive” (CHE) status in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Lashanda Jacobs
Consultant, Physician & Provider Recruitment
Lashanda Jacobs is a Cone Health Physician and Provider Recruitment Consultant who joined Cone Health in December 2018. She has been in the healthcare field for over a decade and has a background in Human Resources. LaShanda values Cone Health’s brand promise and will be right here with you, to ensure all of your recruitment needs are met. She is a native of the Triad area in North Carolina and is a member of the Association of Staff Provider Recruiters.
RT Then
Consultant, Physician & Provider Recruitment
RT Then (they/them) is a Physician and Provider Recruitment Consultant who has been with Cone Health since 2019. RT grew up in the Greensboro area and received their BA from UNC-Greensboro. RT values authenticity, empathy and inclusivity. They strive to provide values-driven interactions centered around connecting with people where they are and providing them at least one experience in their day that can make them feel more confident going forward.
Jamar Galbreath
Coordinator, Physician & Provider Recruitment
Jamar Galbreath is a Cone Health Physician and Provider Recruitment Coordinator who joined Cone Health in April 2022. Jamar was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he received his associate’s degree in Business Administration from Guildford Technical Community College and his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UNC-Greensboro. Jamar always goes the extra mile to make sure all providers experience a positive onboarding. He thrives on making sure he provides the best customer service and satisfaction to everyone. Jamar is truly reliable and trustworthy, and he ensures that things are taken care of in a timely manner. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, working out and spending quality time with family.
Britney Hairston
Coordinator, Physician & Provider Recruitment
Britney Hairston is a Cone Health Physician and Provider Recruitment Coordinator who joined Cone Health in February 2020. Britney was born and raised in Martinsville, Virginia. Currently she holds an Associate's of Applied Science degree in Administrative Support Technology. Also, she holds an Office Assisting Certificate, as well as a Clerical Studies Certificate, all from Patrick and Henry Community College. Helping people has always been Britney’s passion in and out of the workplace. Known for her super friendly and warming spirit, she takes pride is making sure everyone has an incredible experience. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her daughter, Brooklyn, and fur dog, Coco Chanel, and traveling with her husband, Brandon.
