Cone Health Tim & Carolynn Rice Center for Child & Adolescent Health serves patients from birth to age 21, providing well visits, sick-child care and a wide range of services for children who are chronically ill, developmentally delayed or affected by mental health issues.

Cone Health Tim & Carolynn Rice Center for Child & Adolescent Health is also one of three community partners in the Healthy Tomorrow Alliance, a grant project which aims to reduce teen pregnancy rates and increase reproductive health education among teens in Greensboro. The providers of the Adolescent Health Subspecialty Clinic have a vested interest in this initiative, as they care for teens in Greensboro and surrounding areas.
Patient Resources
Our practice does accept Medicaid. Please view patient information to learn about additional insurance plans accepted, bill payment, financial assistance and medical records. Use MyChart to view medical test results, review your health history, check your payment balance, contact your provider and do other tasks. To request prescription refills, call your pharmacy first.
Appointment Guidelines
Bring your insurance card and list of medications to your appointment. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
After-Hours Calls
Call us after hours to reach our answering service and, if needed, the provider on call.
Changing Providers
If you are changing providers, please request your child's medical records and bring the files to the office.
Interpreter
Interpreter services will be available to patients and their families if needed.
