The doctor actually sat down with me eye to eye, understood my fear of what my ailment could be as no one has yet to figure it out. He was patient, kind, laughed with me at my silliness as I was scared what he was going to tell me. Then turned the visit into a positive. His treatment plan Is fair but was eye opening as I need to be compliant to what he said or I am not going to get better.
