Biography
Darren Wohl, MD, specializes in gastroenterology and hepatology. His professional interests include advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCPs (a procedure used to examine the pancreatic and bile ducts), esophageal manometry (a test used to measure the function of the lower esophageal sphincter) and esophageal pH studies.
As part of a patient-focused practice, he spends as much time with patients as they may need. His approach to patient care is multifaceted – he uses a collaborative approach to determine with the best care options for each patient. By creating patient relationships based on mutual trust, he believes his patients are more likely to take an active role in their own care.
In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, scuba diving and swimming.
