Examples of Conditions Treated
Call 911 or visit a hospital emergency department if you or someone else experiences conditions that threaten a life or limb, such as:
- Broken bones
- Coughing or vomiting blood
- Chest pain
- Deep cuts/lacerations
- Difficulty breathing
- Intense abdominal pain
- Loss of consciousness
- Pregnancy complications
- Seizures
- Suicidal thoughts
- Stroke symptoms, including sudden arm or leg weakness and facial drooping
- Uncontrollable bleeding
- Unexpected vision changes
When Will You Be Seen
Please understand that as an emergency department, we must see patients in order of how dangerous their condition may be, according to the condition that they are in. It is our goal for all of our patients to receive the same excellent care, but we must attend to these patients first. Thank you, your patience helps to save lives.
