After NICU Care

Our team of pediatric specialists provide short and long-term care to children born prematurely or who have spent time in the NICU to address their unique developmental needs and ensure optimal growth and progress.

NICU Medical Follow Up Clinic

This clinic is a short-term follow program for NICU graduates who met certain criteria. Our follow up clinic is supported by a dietitian, physical therapist, speech language pathologist and neonatologist. Often this program includes one to two office visits in addition to the patient’s primary care visits.

Neonatal Development Clinic

The Neonatal Developmental Clinic accepts referrals for a variety of issues that may have occurred as a result of prematurity. This clinic is supported by a medical provider, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, a dietitian and an audiologist.

Developmental Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic that monitors your child’s development over time. After each evaluation, the team discusses with you what your child’s development looks like and makes recommendations for therapies or referrals to community resources if needed.
