My name is Heather, and I’m a nurse manager at Cone Health. I’ve been a nurse for 16 years, and my connection to both the hospital and the community runs deep. I was born in this hospital and raised in the same community where I now serve.

My purpose here is to support my team and, in turn, support the community we serve. Being able to give back to the people who have been a part of my life for so long is incredibly rewarding. That’s what drives me in this role—knowing that I’m helping both my team and my community thrive.
