Nurse Excellence Awards
Each year, Cone Health’s Nurse Excellence awards program recognizes the top 1 percent of our nurses and nursing support staff. These awards acknowledge individuals’ commitment to patient care. Nominations are submitted by fellow Cone Health employees for a variety of award categories.

Great 100 Nurses
The Great 100 Nurses in North Carolina is a grassroots peer-recognition organization that honors nurses who demonstrate outstanding professional ability and make significant contributions to improving health care in their communities.
In 2016, for the sixth year in a row, more Great 100 Nurses worked for Cone Health than at any other health network in North Carolina.
