Center for Advanced Practice - APP Fellowship Program

It is our privilege and honor to foster the ongoing growth and development of the next generation of advanced practice providers with the launch of our Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship in Primary Care program. We’re thrilled to introduce this new one-year fellowship program to nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have recently graduated from their programs. This is a great opportunity for new graduates to jump into primary care and have hands-on autonomous patient care with a team of experienced providers. This year of fellowship will produce APPs who can be more confident in the excellence of the care they provide.

We exist to help take your medical career to the next level. You won’t just get experience with us – you’ll grow as both an individual and a healthcare provider, leaving our program as a confident practitioner of the art of medicine.

As a fellow of our program, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to gain substantial hands-on, well-rounded experience in primary care that will set you up for success as you start your new career
  • Have access to the Cone Health team’s support as you work to earn your license to practice
  • Have access to many resources that Greensboro AHEC provides
