Biography
Board certified in plastic surgery, Claire Sanger Dillingham, DO, is CHMG’s chief of plastic surgery. She specializes in the full scope of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. She speaks English, Spanish and French.
Widely published in the field of plastic surgery, she is a regular presenter and educator on breast reconstruction, body contouring and wound care management. Also, she has served as an associate professor in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Wake Forest School of Medicine.
As a volunteer, she develops curriculum and provides training to Eastern European surgeons. Annually, she leads medical teams abroad to Africa, Asia or Central America.
In her spare time, she enjoys adventures with her husband, reading, playing piano, sewing, cooking and playing with her Boston Terrier.
