Additional Support
Financial Services
We will work with your insurance company to determine your prescription coverage and coordination of benefits. including:
- Out-of-pocket prescription costs, including:
- Deductibles
- Copays
- Co-insurance
- Cash price upon request
- We offer assistance for you and your health care provider regarding:
- Prior authorizations
- Claim denials
- We will provide you with updated insurance eligibility information, should changes occur.
- In the event we are out-of-network with your insurance company, we will inform you about the copay at in-network and out-of-network pharmacies.
Prescription Services
Our patients will get complete prescription services, including starting new prescriptions, managing refills, and transferring prescriptions. To check your order status or ask our staff a question, contact the pharmacy at 1-844-642-5762
New Prescriptions
Once we receive a valid prescription, we'll check your prescription benefits and provide you with details about the medication, its price, and when it will be shipped to you.
Refills
We will contact you regularly to schedule appropriate refills. If there are changes to your prescription, we will work with your prescriber to ensure appropriate transition. We also provide next day shipping whenever possible.
Prescription Transfers
If your insurance limits which pharmacies you can use, we'll send your prescription to the right pharmacy so there's no delay in getting your medication.

Cone Health Specialty Pharmacy provides many clinical services including:
Pharmacists
Pharmacists work closely with your care team and physician to manage your care. This helps ensure a clearer understanding of your medications and a more comprehensive approach to managing any side effects.
Clinical Management Program
Before we dispense, one of our pharmacists will contact you to discuss the medication, its potential side effects, its potential side effects, how to take and store it correctly, and more. Every few months, our pharmacists will review your medications with you, help to address any side effects, and respond to your inquiries. Additionally, our staff will reach out to you each month to ensure you're taking your medication as directed, monitor for side effects, arrange refills, and address any concerns you may have.
Emergencies
- Should you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
- Should you experience a natural disaster or other emergency that requires you to leave your home:
- Take at least a week's worth of your medication with you.
- Inform the pharmacy of your location and contact information.
- Should a natural disaster impact shipping to your area (i.e., hurricane), the pharmacy will:
- Contact you to determine if you will need medication.
- If needed, we will ship medications early, or
- Locate your medication locally to avoid interruptions in therapy.
