Schedule Your Mammogram Online

We now offer Self-Scheduling within MyChart for your yearly screening mammogram.

1. Log into your MyChart account. Go to Visit -> Schedule an Appointment. (On the app: Appointments -> Schedule an Appointment)
   • Don't have a MyChart account? Register here
2. Under Select a Reason for Visit choose the Mammogram Screening option.
3. Answer the Pre-Visit questions and then click Continue.
4. Choose your preferred location for screening.
5. From the list of available appointments select the day/time that fits best with your schedule.
6. After verifying your insurance on file enter comments for your visit and then select Schedule.
7. Once your visit is scheduled you will see the appointment details within MyChart

Self-scheduling is intended for patients needing yearly screening. If you are having any issues with your Breasts, or have a history of Breast Cancer, please contact the site directly to schedule your mammogram.
