Cone Health Care Anytime Instructions
Connect with a board-certified provider with a smartphone, computer or tablet via the web or app. Your information is safe, and your visits are completely confidential. Average appointment time is 20 minutes. If you need a prescription, it'll be sent electronically to your pharmacy.
Employees on a Cone Health medical plan are automatically enrolled in this service.
- Employee (Plan Holder): Within a few weeks of benefit enrollment, you will receive a welcome email and your temporary password from do-not-reply@conehealthcareanytime.com to set up your account. If you cannot locate that email, use the Forgot Password feature on the website. Your username is your Cone Health email address.
- Minor Dependents: Once primary subscriber is logged in to your account, you can go to “settings” to add any dependents under 18.
- Adult Dependents: 18+ Dependents can register here, but READ THIS FIRST: During the registration process, adult dependents will be invited to enter a SERVICE KEY. Email connectedcare@conehealth.com to receive this service key. Without this service key, your adult dependents will not be able to access this benefit
