Cardiac Rehabilitation

Start working toward rebuilding strength and range-of-motion after heart surgery with inpatient (phase 1) cardiac rehabilitation at Cone Health. You’ll work closely with a physical therapist to safely and gradually increase your activity, starting with sitting up in bed and progressing to short walks around your hospital room or down the hall.
